Fun For All Riders

The first Roadrunner was an inherently strong seated electric scooter, with a tubular design constructed from 6061 aluminium alloy that produced a stable ride capable of supporting up to 150 kg in weight.

The Roadrunner V2 essentially retains this and everything good about its forerunner while introducing a range of exciting new features: from better range and hill-climbing capabilities to new tubeless tyres and an improved throttle.

Dual Motors
The Roadrunner V2 comes with a 350W motor in the front wheel and a 500W motor in the rear wheel. These are capable of pushing the Roadrunner to 55 kph, and even riders pushing towards its 150 kg weight limit will be able to reach similar speeds.

Smooth Ride
The Roadrunner V2 is fitted with Manitou Absolute front suspension to soak up bumps in the road. Riders can increase the softness or firmness of the ride to suit their preferences & riding conditions, as well as improve the range.

This suspension system works well with the V2’s new 14-inch pneumatic tyres to create a smooth, comfortable ride. These tyres also feature an improved tread design to combat speed wobbles and reduce flats and the need for frequent repairs.

While best for urban commuting, the V2 is powerful enough to conquer inclines of up to 17°, ensuring confident and reliable ascents if your route requires it.

Upgraded Throttle
Incorporated in the Roadrunner V2 is an improved thumb throttle, which has been upgraded to be more durable and highly responsive. It delivers brisk yet seamless acceleration, going from 0 to 24 kph in just 4 seconds.

Coupled with the V2’s powerful dual motors, the Roadrunner V2 offers a balance between speed and responsiveness, creating an effortlessly zippy ride ideal for both commutes and long casual rides.

Better Seat
The new Roadrunner is equipped with a longer saddle and racer-edition memory foam seat that is thicker and softer than the first version. The lack of springs underneath the seat ensures better support and stability without wobbling.

With the Roadrunner V2’s emphasis on covering extended ranges, this thoughtful upgrade ensures riders remain comfortably seated throughout long-distance rides.

Low Centre of Gravity
The seated riding position of the Roadrunner naturally lowers its centre of gravity, producing a very balanced and stable ride. What’s more, this increases the rider’s proximity to the ground, which has the added benefit of making the ride feel faster than it’s actually going. This means you can get a similar thrill you’d get from a standing e-scooter without burning the battery life.

Removable Battery
Removable batteries are a rare feature on electric scooters, particularly as the range of e-scooters increases to the point where they can last much longer between charges. However, the purpose of a removable battery goes beyond convenience - it’s also an important security feature that lets riders lock their bike up outside & remove the battery.

The more obvious benefit of this type of battery is that you can purchase spares, so if one runs out of juice on a particularly lengthy ride, simply swap the batteries over and keep going.

With the convenience of swappable batteries, the Roadrunner V2’s standard 85-km range easily extends to an impressive 160 km.

Adjustable Handlebar Height
The handlebars of the Roadrunner V2 are adjustable to suit different riders. They pivot where the handlebar stem meets the headset, allowing taller riders to increase the height of the handlebars, and shorter riders to increase the proximity of the handlebars to the seat.
